The Zcash (ZEC) mining pool uses the traditional Pay-Per-Last-N-Shares ("PPLNS") payout scheme. This reward system is round based, whereby one round has an arbitrary number (N) of minutes. When a block has been found by the pool, the block reward is credited according to the number and difficulty of the shares submitted during the last hour.

At least 110 confirmations are required before immature balances are credited as unpaid balances, and can be paid out.

Payouts take place immediately after the configured threshold (Min: 0.001 ZEC, Max: 10 ZEC , if set to less than 0.01 ZEC a fixed tx fee of 0.0002 ZEC will be deducted from the payout) is reached. The default configured threshold is 0.01 ZEC, and can be changed by providing the IP address of the highest performing mining rig.
