The Beam (BEAM) mining pool uses the traditional Pay-Per-Last-N-Shares ("PPLNS") payout scheme. This reward system is round based, whereby one round has an arbitrary number (N) of minutes. When a block has been found by the pool, the block reward is credited according to the number and difficulty of the shares submitted during the last hour.
At least 240 confirmations are required before immature balances are credited as unpaid balances, and can be paid out.
Payouts take place immediately after the configured threshold (Min: 1 BEAM, Max: 100 BEAM) is reached. Payouts are made at most once every 12 hours. The default configured threshold is 1 BEAM, and can be changed by providing the IP address of the highest performing mining rig.
