Ethpool

If a user has lost access to their 2FA code for Ethpool, they will need to take one of the following steps to regain access to their account:

1. Sign a message from the payout address set on their Ethpool account. The message should be:

"Please remove 2FA from my Ethpool account: [Your-email address]"

OR

2. Sign a message from the deposit address of the validators (From the Ethereum address the 32 ETH were sent to the deposit contract).
The message should be: "Please remove 2FA from my Ethpool account: [Your-email address]"

OR

3. Sign a message from the 0x01 withdrawal credential set to the validators.

The message should be: "Please remove 2FA from my Ethpool account: [Your-email address]"

OR

4. Sign a message from the validator keys.

The message should be: "Please remove 2FA from my Ethpool account: [Your-email address]"

Once the user has signed the message and provide it to the support team through the ticket system, the team will verify the signature and remove the 2FA from the user's Ethpool account.
